A recent leak from Genshin Impact’s next region of Fontaine discloses a brand-new area that gamers will be able to discover within the Hydro Archon’s homeland. With the world of Teyvat’s upcoming big region ready to come in just a couple of months, HoYoverse has started to release teasers for the latest locale. The new Version 3.8 Special Program has a small segment disclosing multiple areasp within Fontaine and hinting new mechanics like diving and underwater gameplay. Now, a quaint latest location from the upcoming region is being hinted. Genshin Impact’s next location revealed!

While not much is disclosed about the geography of Genshin Impact’s uncoming big region prior leaks have given gamers lot of teasers about the layout of Fontaine. Updates from the game’s in-development build have disclosed datapoints that could signify major roads within Fontaine, along with new low-poly models for the out-of-bounds region included in Version 3.6. Leaks have also heavily recommended an abundance of rivers and lakes will be there throughout the Hydro Archon’s region. The most current leak of the region’s geography displayed off a small village gamers are ready to visit.

The latest location is suggested to be a fishing village within Genshin Impact’s latest region with gamers probably going to the village during Fontaine’s story. The leak showcases a mix of traditional architecture along with some of Fontaine’s more technologically improved components such as waterwheels. The Fontaine region is predicted to be released to Genshin Impact with the launch of Version 4.0 in mid-August.

While the fishing village concept art displays one of Fontaine’s tinier locales, the next region has already seen numerous leaks about its capital city. Current rumors have said Fontaine will sport a “twin city” structure, improving two major cities likened to London and Paris rather than one traditional main hub. Previous in-inprovement leaks have also displayed potential 3D models for parts of the city, having a heavily steampunk-inspired aesthetic. Fontaine’s regional culture is likely to be highly inspired by late 19th century France with a combinatiob of technological advancement and artistic achievement.

Fontaine’s next inclusion to Genshin Impact arrives as the region has already featured strongly within the game’s lore. Genshin Impact’s “Kamera” gadget letting gamers to take in-game photos is stated to have originated in Fontaine via numerous in-game events. HoYoverse also recently introduced the region’s first unique character with Charlotte playing a major role in the Version 3.7. The rumored fishing village will likely to be another latest place for gamers to discover once the Fontaine region officially releases later this year.
