Garchomp And Sylveon Tera Raids Confirmed, Go Players Stunned Over High-Level Pacifist In Pokemon Game:

Garchomp and Sylveon will replace Tandemous, which had players raiding on Valentine’s Day. The dual-type giants and Eve’s fairy evolution will appear more often in the wild, allowing players to battle and capture two Pokémon to power up their Pokedex. The Pokémon Company has also revealed one of the ways it’s celebrating Pokémon Day with fans — by creating a mosaic with images shared by fans on social media that capture their favorite moments and experiences with the franchise. Everyone can participate.

Since the release of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet back in November last year, Game Freak and Nintendo have released multiple Terra Raid battle events each month, and the trend continues. Garchomp and Sylveon will appear in 4-Star Raid and 5-Star Raid between February 17th and February 19th, and unlike other recent events, they will both be available in any version of the game. As far as their terra types go, they will come in all forms instead of being fixed to one like most 7-Star raids, allowing trainers to capture Garchomp and Sylveon with any terra type.

Regardless of which copy of the game they have, players can capture both Terastalized forms of Garchomp and Sylveon. The upcoming event is the first Terra Raid event to feature a Dragon Pokémon since Hydregon and Dragapult appeared in 4 and 5-Star Raid Battles. There’s something for everyone in Pokémon Go, whether it’s competitive battles, raiding, or catching Pokémon. Most players do all of them, though, even if they tend to focus more on one than the others.

However, one trainer has taken things to the extreme. He hasn’t chosen one of three teams – Mystic (Blue), Valor (Red), or Instinct (Yellow) – except for the ability to raid and hasn’t fought at all. Not only that, he managed to reach level 37 despite surprising other players.
