The Coachella event has challenges that players can complete on the Fortnite website to unlock particular cosmetics, as Epic Games has done in the past. The challenges vary between in-game and the Coachella Creative Island, which can be accessed using the code 5449-4207-1280. They are divided into three distinct sections. Those who are interested should confirm that they have an Epic Games account and that it is linked to the platform on which they play the majority of their games by doing so via the “Accounts and Apps” page.

After visiting the aforementioned website, you must log in as usual using your Epic Games account. Once inside, you’ll see a challenge that you must complete in order to unlock the loading screen for Coachella that is shown above. Players can see the quest they must finish to reach the loading screen once they log in. The only requirement is for players to board a vehicle and travel across the map for 1000 units. Players will need to make sure that they’re utilising the various vehicles in the game because it specifically states that this particular challenge will run from April 13 to the 23. Even in their cars, players can listen to Icon Radio to hear some of the hits from the Coachella performers.

For Week One, which begins on April 14 at 2pm CT, and Week Two, which begins on April 21 at 11am CT, there are additional Coachella Island Quests mentioned. Players will have chances to earn a few different cosmetics outside of the loading screen during both of these weeks. It’s unknown if these will be unlocked through in-game tabs telling players to visit Coachella Island or through the game’s website.

All rewards:

Players who complete the website challenge will currently receive the Loading Screen, but the weekly challenges will offer players more rewards, some of which will repeat when the quests repeat the following week. The first set of emotes can be earned throughout the entire period, but the Coachella Sunset spray will only be accessible from April 21 at 11 a.m. CT to April 28 at 11 a.m. CT.
