In the previous episode, Kaseki’s skills are put to the test as the group tries to assemble a ship. However, the task proves to be too challenging, and Ryusui comes up with an idea to create a scale model of the ship. This allows Senku to use a Pantograph to accurately copy the ship pieces to the correct size and shapes, making ship construction run smoothly.

However, the engine requires Senku’s full attention, and he has to be careful not to make a single mistake that could cause an explosion. After almost a year of hard work, the ship is finally finished, and the crew is selected.
Before starting their voyage to South America, Senku intends to find the island where his father and the other astronauts returned to Earth and locate something vital for their mission – the crashed Soyuz rocket.
