Patch 7.33 has finally arrived after one of the longest content voids in Dota 2 history. The New Frontiers update completely overhauls the Valve franchise game, as the name implies. Significant map changes, new items, countless tweaks and reworks, and more are all part of the patch. One of the most significant modifications is the expanded map’s new paths and goals.

Force fields are known as Defender’s Gates, which are reminiscent of Heroes of the Storm and allow you to enter and exit the base covertly. There are two new runes: Shield Runes, a Power Rune that acts as a shield, and Wisdom Runes, a counterpart to Bounty Runes that let you gain experience.
The DreamLeague S19 tournament is in the middle of the patch’s hype train, and the Dota Pro Circuit’s ESL One Berlin Major, which starts on April 26, is just around the corner.
