One of the newest Call of Duty entries is Call of Duty: Warzone 2, a free-to-play battle royale game that launched along with the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022). While the weapon modes in the game are equalized against each other so that no build is too strong correlated to the other, one Warzone 2 gamer noticed something that gave them a benefit in a gunfight. Call of Duty: Warzone 2 clip focuses on demerits of Laser Sight.

Precisely, Redditor FOXWOMB94 uploaded a clip in which they caught a hiding gamer by noting the mark of a laser sight a wall, tracking the noticeable beam back to the camper’s area. One rapid firefight later and the camper dopped, with the Redditor able to proceed the match.

The big issue this clip inquires is whether the noticeable beam of the laser sight is a purposeful equalizing feature or whether it’s an accidental Warzone 2 bug left unrecognized by the gamers. After all, real-world laser glares are hidden except for the point they attempt at. So while discerning the light in a video game can be beneficial to a gamer using a laser sight, it shouldn’t be that helpful to other gamers who are targeting them.

Apart from that, while lasers are hidden when shifting via air, they can be extremely simple to recognize when they attempt via smoke, dust, steam, and other airborne particles. Combat zones incline to kick up ample of dust and smoke, and so many Call of Duty gamers assume the noticeable beams of laser sights to be a totally intentional feature rather than a bug. They also appreciate the way laser sights make it simpler to recognize who would otherwise have a benefit over more active gamers.
