The fans are excited for Blue Box Chapter 116 which is soon going to release. In Taiki’s upcoming badminton match, he will face off against Kishi. Taiki has been steadily victorious, but his victories haven’t been enough to satisfy him. When he arrived at the stadium, he learned that Yusa wouldn’t be participating in the game, which was disappointing news.

Yusa was invited to play in another country and declined the regional competition to accept the offer. One would hope for a fierce rival to back down, but Taiki is the same. He doesn’t want to play a match if he’s going to be miserable the whole time.

Previously in Chapter 115

Taiki enters the badminton tournament for freshmen at Saitama High School at the beginning of the chapter. Two spots in the national singles competition during the summer were available. Haryu and Yusa Sajikawa were the most logical choices. Taiki should have been given at least a chance at those positions if he were to win the competition in his first year.

Upon entering the building, however, Taiki learns that Yasu isn’t competing in the tournament. Yasu was chosen in his first year to join the elite group of Sajikawa players who went on a tour to play abroad.

Taiki was disheartened at the news, feeling as though his preparation to fight Yasu had been in vain. His only goal was to face Yasu in a match. Despite this, he consistently prevailed in his matches. He had just finished a three-match winning streak before facing Kishi. Kishi felt an unfamiliar energy emanating from Taiki and realized he might not be able to defeat him.

The badminton match between Taiki and Kishi is in the next chapter. Unlike other matches, we will be able to watch the entire thing rather than just a highlight reel. Taiki’s final opponent will be Mochizuki, as revealed in the most recent chapter. He appears overly sure of himself. I’m excited to witness his humiliation at Taiki’s hands.
