Many seasoned teams and players have found the ongoing BGMS Season 2 to be an arduous struggle. Several competitors in the competition have experienced health issues, which has forced their teams to replace them in order to ensure they get the rest they need. Their performances have been disappointing throughout the entire event. Despite being the team’s leader and known for his great fragging skills, Jonathan “Jonathan” Jude Amaral underwhelmed spectators in League Week 1. Jonathan had been suffering from a fever and weakness, which prevented him from taking part in League Week 2 as Kamaljeet “Kamaljeet” Singh recently revealed.
As a well-known player in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), Jonathan is renowned for his unmatched skill with a variety of weaponry. Team Godlike felt the impact of his absence greatly, which prevented them from qualifying for Super Weekend 2.
In order to let his followers know that he was returning home due to health issues, Jonathan sent a message on Instagram on August 17. He announced, “Heading home early due to health issues,” and gave his supporters the reassurance that he will quickly return to the LAN event as he regained his strength. This was after an impressive showing the first three days of League Week 2. Unfortunately, the team only managed to earn 3 points from its two games, which led to its exit from Super Weekend 2. By drawing on his prior skills in comparable circumstances, Jonathan’s seasoned expertise might have guided the team towards Super Weekend 2 qualification.
All participating teams’ experiences at the LAN event for BGMS Season 2 haven’t been without incident. Teams were forced to sideline players because of health issues for a sizable section of their rosters. Health issues prevented some Enigma Gaming and Gladiator Esports players, as well as Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal, Sahil “Omega” Jakhar, Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh, and others from Team Soul, from attending the LAN. Even though they only had three players, Gladiator Esports had to make it through Days 3 and 4 of League Week 2.
The team Godlike is set to receive a much-needed boost with Jonathan’s return to the lineup, thus fans are anxiously anticipating his quick recovery. He is expected to advance them further in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2023 Round 3 (BGIS 2023 Round 3) stages and perhaps even guarantee their place in the tournament’s final stages thanks to his abundance of expertise and great abilities.
