PUBG PC or PUBG is one of the more popular PC games in the PC world. While, it takes a lot of tactics, and a lot of surviving, winning the game is more about tactics. The key to winning the game is a good loadout, and guns that could be good in close-mid range and a deadly long-range weapon for those far-off enemies.

In an ideal squad in PUBG, there are four players with certain set roles. One is an in game leader, one is an assaulter, one is a mid-rane or filter and the other one is a sniper, for killing those long range enemies.

A sniper rifle comes in handy during the mid-game in PUBG, since you can spot enemies from a distance while the play zone gets restricted. Here are the best sniper rifles in PUBG and where they can be found in the game.

AWM

The AWM is one of the most dominant snipers in PUBG PC. The sniper’s one-shot can knock a player wearing a level three helmet, making it very useful in the late game. One of its main downsides, though, is that it uses .300 Magnum ammo, whic are only 25 in number. The gun can equip upto 8x scope and go nuts.

The AWM deals the highest damage out of all the other sniper rifles (at 105) and has a reload size of five ammos.

The AWM and its ammo can only be found in the airdrops that are found in Erangel, Vikendi, Miramar, and Sanhok.

M24

The next most powerful gun in the game is the M24, which is a bolt-action rifle just like the AWM and could be called AWM’s younger brother. Accuracy is key, but when your shot is on, it can be decisive and lethal at the same time.

The M24 has a base damage of 75 and a default magazine size of five.

The M24 is can be found only in the care packages on Erangel, Miramar, Vikendi, and Sanhok, but its 7.62 ammo can be found almost anywhere on any of the maps.

Mk14 EBR

The Mk14 is one of the most powerful AR/Snipers in the game. It’s semi-automatic, like its cousin, the SKS, but it’s more powerful and can be insanely accurate when it has all of the attachments– grip, cheek pad, and compensator.

The Mk14 delivers a damage of 61 and a default magazine size of 10. However, an extended magazine can take the size to 20.

The Mk14 is only available in the airdrops on Erangel, Miramar, Vikendi, and Sanhok, but its 7.62 ammo can spawn almost anywhere.

Mini 14

The Mini 14 gets its name as it is the miniature version of M14, and equally powerful. It’s a carbine/DMR semi-auto rifle and it’s another sniper, like the SKS and Mk14, and can fire very quickly depending on how fast your fingers move.

The Mini 14 delivers a damage of 46 and comes with a magazine size of 20.

The Mini 14 is a regular loot drop and can be found anywhere in Erangel, Vikendi, and Miramar. It uses 5.56 ammo, which is very common.

Kar98k

The Kar98k is one of the most unreliable nolt actiosn but can function smoothly if the right pair of steady hands use the gun. It’s readily available in a lot of areas around the map and it’s a gun that most players should know because of its accuracy levels.

The Kar98k features a base damage of 79 and a magazine size of five.

The Kar98k can be easily found in and around the military areas and some houses and apartments in Erangel, Miramar, and Vikendi.

SKS

SKS was PUBG’s first designated marksman rifle, the SKS turns into a beast of some sorts when used with a with a compensator, foregrip, extended quickdraw mag, and cheek pad. The SKS trades damage for fire rate and can be used to fire up close or from afar, especially with the 20 shots it gets from equipping a quickdraw mag.

The SKS has a base damage of 53 and can hold upto 10 rounds by default.

The SKS, just like the Kar98, can be easily found in and around the military areas and some houses and apartments in Erangel, Miramar, Vikendi, and Sanhok.
