Fabian Allen was born on 7th May 1995. He is a West Indies cricketer, who made his first-class debut for Jamaica in the 2016–17 Regional Four Day Competition on 25th November 2016. Before his first-class debut, he was a part of the West Indies squad for the 2014 Under-19 Cricket World Cup as well. Meanwhile, he made his international debut for the West Indies in October 2018 as well.
In October 2018, he was added to the West Indies One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) squads for the series against India. He made his ODI debut for the West Indies against India on 27th October 2018 as well whereas, he made his T20I debut for the West Indies against India on 4tg November 2018.
In April 2019, Fabian Allen was included in the West Indies squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup. In July 2019, Cricket West Indies have awarded him with a central contract for the first time, prior to the 2019–20 season as well. In September 2021, he was added to the West Indies squad for the 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup too as well.

In February 2021, Punjab Kings bought Allen in the IPL auction before the 2021 Indian Premier League. However, he made his IPL debut on 21st April 2021 against the Sunrisers Hyderabad, claiming the only wicket of the Sunrisers’ innings (David Warner), finishing the match with the figures of 1-22 from his four-overs spell as well.
In April 2021, Peshawar Zalmi signed him for the 2021 Pakistan Super League whereas, in February 2022, he was bought by none other than the Mumbai Indians in the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League tournament as well.
