The 2022 edition of the T20 Blast which started on May 25 in England is known as the ‘Vitality T20 Blast 2022’ as well. The season will host its 20th edition where not only the national players but also the T20 specialists from across the world feature as well. However, the upcoming match will take place between Yorkshire vs Nottinghamshire at the Headingley in Leeds. As far as Yorkshire’s last game is concerned, they reached to the third spot with a comfortable six-wicket win over Durham in a high-scoring match in Leeds. Graham Clark and Oliver Robinson smashed the fifties and led Durham to a massive 207 after opting to bat first.

Yorkshire had a flying start led by opener Adam Lyth‘s 33-ball 77. Skipper David Willey then kept the momentum on with a 39-ball 75*, taking the team over the finish line with a maximum, while chasing down the target in just 17.4 overs as well. Meanwhile, Northamptonshire faced a defeat to Lancashire in the last game at Old Trafford to climb atop the points table. Chasing a target of 154, Lancashire needed 8 runs off the final over and despite Jimmy Neesham claiming two wickets in the over – and four in the match. But he also bowled four extras to conclude the game, where the winning runs came off a no-ball. However, a 41-ball 57 from Saif Zaib helped Northamptonshire to cross the 150-run mark as well.

Indian viewers can live stream the T20 Blast 2022 on the Fan Code app. The ECB will again host live streams of every match on the ECB website and ECB app while Sky Sports is set to broadcast 19 matches throughout the group stage, with each county set to feature at least twice before the four quarter-finals and Finals Day. It will also be available via BBC Local Radio stations with extensive coverage also on 5 Live Sports Extra.
