The final league stage games of the T20 Blast 2022 will take place on July 3, Sunday where Leicestershire will take on Yorkshire at Grace Road in Leicester. Leicestershire is placed sixth in the points table with 12 points to their name from 6 wins and as many defeats as well. Meanwhile, Yorkshire is placed fourth in the points table with 15 points to their name from 7 wins and 4 defeats as well.

Leicestershire won their last game against Nottinghamshire by 47 runs. Alex Hales’ half-century went in vain as Naveen-ul-Haq’s four-fer helped his side win. Opting to bat, Leicestershire got off to a steady start even as none of the batters got into the forties. While a collapse through the lower middle order saw them struggle at one point in the game, before a stunning cameo from Ben Mike, who hit 29 off 12 balls including three sixes, helped them to a decent total of 170. During the chase, only Alex Hales did well as Nottinghamshire were reduced to 97/6 after his dismissal. While Mike scaled a couple of wickets, Naveen-ul-Haw’s four-fer sealed the deal.

On the other hand, Yorkshire got some hiccups initially where they were reduced to 11/3 before registering a 62-run win over Northamptonshire who faced their third straight defeat. Harry Brook’s 31-ball 67 helped the team with David Willey. Brook hit six sixes and four boundaries in his knock, Along with him, Jordan Thompson (30) and Matthew Waite (35*) also helped them reach a huge total of 190 as well.

Indian viewers can live stream the T20 Blast 2022 on the Fan Code app. The ECB will again host live streams of every match on the ECB website and ECB app while Sky Sports is set to broadcast 19 matches throughout the group stage, with each county set to feature at least twice before the four quarter-finals and Finals Day. It will also be available via BBC Local Radio stations with extensive coverage also on 5 Live Sports Extra.
