On Friday, Leicestershire will take on Nottinghamshire in the T20 Blast Nouth Group at the Grace Road in Leicester. On the other hand, Nottinghamshire is placed sixth in the points table with two wins and three defeats alongside 5 points in their name as well.
However, Lancashire remained unbeaten in the North Group as they beat Leicestershire after being restricted to just 135. Batting first, Leicestershire struggled before the spinners who shared five wickets between them. Despite a fifty from Lewis Hill, Leicestershire failed to do well and lost their last seven wickets for 51 runs as well. Steven Croft top-scored with 45 and added an 81-run stand with Phil Salt for the second wicket to seal the deal as well.

Nottinghamshire last played against Yorkshire where Nottinghamshire won the toss and opted to bowl first. Put in to bat first, Yorkshire managed a huge total of 202 runs in their allotted 20 overs which came on the back of quickfire forties from Harry Brook and Jonathan Tattersall. Jake Ball picked up 3 wickets too. While chasing, Steven Mullaney smashed a stunning 79 off 46 and Daniel Christian smashed a 35-ball 56 but their efforts went in vain as they could manage only 179 runs in 20 overs, losing by 23 runs.
