England is currently hosting the Royal London One-Day Cup 2022 in several venues which started on August 2 and the final will be played on September 17 at Trent Bridge in Nottingham. Many Indian players are currently taking part in the tournament, including Umesh Yadav, Washington Sundar, and Krunal Pandya as well. However, Sussex will play against Surrey in their next fixture on Sunday, August 14, at County Ground in Hove in the Royal London One-Day Cup 2022.

Sussex started their campaign with a defeat against Nottinghamshire by 65 runs. However, they won their next two games against Gloucestershire and Leicestershire respectively but lost to Warwickshire in their last game as well. On the other hand, Surrey has won only one game so far against Durham and lost two whereas one match ended in a tie. However, both teams are likely to do well in their next game.
