The New Zealand tour of the Netherlands 2022 will get underway with the first T20I at the Sportpark Westvliet, The Hague on Thursday. The second match, meanwhile, will take place at the same venue on Friday. The visitors will enter the Netherlands challenge after sweeping the T20I series against Ireland.

Interestingly, former New Zealand spinner Michael Rippon, has been named in the New Zealand squad. Mitchell Santner will be leading the Kiwis for the series while the hosts will be in action after booking their spot for the 2022 T20 World Cup. The Netherlands, however, had lost the final match of the Men’s T20 World Cup Qualifier B 2022.
