India will host South Africa for the third and final T20I at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore on Tuesday. The three-match T20I series will be an important preparation for both the sides ahead of the 2022 T20 World Cup in Australia which will be held in October.
The second and third T20I will take place on October 2 and 4 in Guwahati and Indore respectively. Rohit Sharma will continue to lead the side after their home assignment against Australia while KL Rahul will be his deputy. Temba Bavuma, meanwhile, will lead the visitors who have looked in good touch in this format since 2018. Reeza Hendricks, Aiden Markram, David Miller, and Quinton de Kock will be some of the key batters for the Proteas in the series.
