Finally, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced Nagpur, Delhi, Dharamshala, and Ahmedabad as the four-Test venues for the Australia series. The series begins on February 9 in Nagpur, with the second Test beginning on February 17 in Delhi. The final two Tests of the series will be held in Dharamshala and Ahmedabad on March 1 and March 9, respectively. This four-match Test series will be the Border-Gavaskar Trophy’s final four-match Test series. The next BGT will be a 5-match series.

It is unclear whether the four-match Test series will include a pink-ball Test. India will then finish its lengthy home season with a three-match ODI series in Mumbai, Vizag, and Chennai on March 17, 19, and 22. India begins the New Year with a three-match T20I series and an ODI series against Sri Lanka. The first of three T20Is is scheduled to begin on January 3 in Mumbai, followed by T20Is in Pune and Rajkot on January 5 and 7, respectively. The ODI series will begin on January 10 in Guwahati, followed by the second ODI in Kolkata on January 12 and the series finale in Trivandrum on January 15.
