Former India fast bowler S Sreesanth has been roped in as the mentor for Bangla Tigers in Abu Dhabi T20 League 2022.

The sixth season of the Abu Dhabi T20 League 2022 will run from November 23 to December 4. The Bangla Tigers are still to win a title in the Abu Dhabi T20 League 2022 and have retained the likes of Matheesha Pathirana and Mohammad Amir for the upcoming season.
Bangla Tigers have also signed the likes of power-hitters Evin Lewis and Colin Munro in their squad. Lewis has been signed as a Platinum player while Munro is a part of Category A. The retained and newly signed players altogether make a formidable unit.
Shakib Al Hasan will lead the Bangla Tigers squad with former India fast bowler S Sreesanth named as the mentor. It will be the first time that Sreesanth will be seen in a coaching role after he announced his retirement from domestic cricket in March this year. Former Bangladesh allrounder Aftab Ahmed was named the head coach and Nazmul Abedin Fahim the assistant coach.
