Zach LaVine is an American professional basketball player who currently plays as a shooting guard for the Chicago Bulls in the NBA (National Basketball Association). Born in Renton, Washington on 10th March, 1995, to Paul LaVine and C.J. LaVine stands at 6ft 5 inches and weighs around 91 kg. Zach LaVine’s style of play has made him one of the most prominent shooting guards in the league at the moment.
LaVine’s childhood saw him participating in various sports, which was mainly because both his parents were also professional athletes. LaVine began his basketball journey at the Bothell High School in Bothell, Washington. He set off his college basketball career in the year 2012 with UCLA (University of California) under the management of freshly hired Steve Alford. After completing two seasons at UCLA, LaVine made a decision to declare himself for the 2014 NBA draft.
Zach LaVine was picked 13th overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2014 NBA draft. He played for the wolves for three seasons, after which he was traded to the Chicago Bulls right before the 2018-19 season.
