Serbia vs Israel will take place at Graz, Austria for the FIBA Europe Cup match on September 10. The registered teams were divided into groups for the Regular Season and Qualifiers Tournaments on Thursday, further shaping the 2022–23 FIBA Europe Cup. Eight groups of four teams each will play host to the 32-team Regular Season, with up to 18 teams who did not qualify for the Basketball Champions League joining the 10 clubs who received direct bids. From September 27 to 30, 2022, four FIBA Europe Cup Qualifiers Tournaments, comprising 22 clubs, will determine who will fill the remaining spots in the Regular Season.
Winners of the four qualifying tournaments will get spots in the regular season. The losing teams in the Finals of the FIBA Europe Cup Qualifying Tournaments will fill any more slots in the Regular Season that may become available following the conclusion of the BCL Qualification Tournaments, in accordance with the requirements in Section D of the Official Basketball Rules. On October 12, 2022, the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season is scheduled to start.
