Scotland vs Canada Commonwealth Games 2022, Basketball 3×3 Men’s Final game will be held on July 31. Former Kenya Lioness captain Hilda Indasi is certain that her team will do better when they compete for their nation in the 3×3 basketball competition, which begins on Friday. Basketball’s 3×3 format is making its debut at the Commonwealth Games (CWG), so expect some intense competition. They have been practicing for more than two months, according to Indasi, and she is ready to travel. Starting at 7.35 p.m. local time, the Kenya women’s team will face Sri Lanka in their first game. Kenya’s men’s squad, on the other hand, begins their games with a match against Canada. Instead of the 24 seconds in full-court basketball, just half a court and one hoop will be utilized for both sides in this competition.

Each team should consist of three players plus a substitute. Goals made inside the arc-shaped zone are worth one point, while shots made from beyond the arc result in two points. The team with 21 points first wins. After ten minutes, if no side has matched the score, the team ahead is deemed the victor. As the second-ranked African team, Kenya will participate in the 3×3 basketball competition thanks to a straight qualifying. This year, the 5×5 format that had been used for the previous number of years was replaced by the 3×3 format for the first time in the Commonwealth Games.
