The second quarter was the same as the first as it also ended in the same way with Georgia leading Poland by one point with the scores at 41-40. The Poles took the lead in the third quarter and ended with 67-59. The match finally ended in the favour of the Poles as they scored 20 points in the fourth quarter to take the match 87-76.
On the other hand, Croatia comes into this game on the back of a 94-88 loss to Slovenia in their last game. Both teams started well in that game as they ended the first quarter with the score tied at 25. Croatia took the lead and ended the second quarter at 46-41. Slovenia hit back in the third and took a five-point lead with the score being 77-72. The match ended with the score being 94-88 in Slovenia’s favour. Croatia will look to register a win here as it would help them to qualify for the 2022 EuroBasket tournament.
