Hungary sits at the bottom of the table with three points and comes into this game on the back of a 78-74 loss to France. The French started the game well and raced to a 21-17 lead at the end of the first quarter. Once France took the lead, they were never going to let go as they did not let Hungary get a sniff in all the other quarters. Ultimately, France won the game 78-74. Adam Hanga top scored for Hungary with 18 points and had four rebounds and three assists.
On the other hand, Lithuania sits in fifth place on the group table with three points and comes into this game on the back of a 109-107 loss to Germany. Both teams started the game well and scored 19 points each at the end of the first quarter. Germany took a 46-41 lead at the end of the second quarter. The third quarter was a very close one as Germany held on to their lead with just one point. Lithuania hit back in the fourth and tied the game 89-89. In overtime, the Germans won a tense battle 109-107. Jonas Valanciunas top scored for Lithuania with 34 points and had 14 rebounds.
