The AEW fans have a strong dislike for QT Marshall. He has established himself as a prominent figure in the promotion, first as Cody Rhodes’ assistant, then as the arrogant and somewhat delusional leader of The Factory, and eventually became the main spokesperson for QTV.

Despite being commonly perceived as a comedic character by American viewers, Marshall had the opportunity to showcase a darker aspect of his persona during his visit to AAA in Mexico. This portrayal differed significantly from anything the American audience had previously witnessed on “AEW Dynamite” or “AEW Rampage.”

The co-owner of The Nightmare Factory recently discussed his career and journey to AEW on the podcast “Talk Is Jericho.” During the conversation, Marshall shared an intriguing story about his debut with a Mexican promotion. This memorable event involved an unprecedented ambulance match in AAA history where he faced off against Pentagon Jr., also known as Penta el 0M. Marshall’s account shed light on his most recent venture outside of his home promotion.

The biggest victory of their career was by far defeating Pentagon Jr. in a challenging match held in his home country. Despite being unprepared for the intensity, the encounter turned out to be both brutal and captivating. It remains to be seen if this remarkable display will be featured on AEW programming.

Penta disrespected Marshall during their discussions about his new AEW contract. As a result, Marshall claimed that Konnan approached him with a plot involving Penta being stalked by the Lucha Bro.

Pentagon Jr., in his position, was obligated to partake in those discussions; however, he vehemently refused. As the negotiations commenced, he demanded that Tony Khan’s right-hand man vacate the premises. Given the nature of wrestling, Marshall devised a calculated plan to retaliate against Pentagon’s students.

He captured ominous images of his adversary’s family and generally creating a tumultuous existence for the beloved fan-favorite star. Determined to exact vengeance for being underestimated and undervalued, Marshall remained resolute in his pursuit.
