Mark Spitz Olympic Medals
Mark Spitz won seven gold medals in the 1972 Munich Olympics, this was the highest medals in a single Olympic before it was broken by his countryman Michael Phelps winning 8 golds in Beijing. Spitz participated in two Olympics 1968 in Mexico City and 1972 Munich Olympics after which he retired. He was only 22 years old then.

Ian Thorpe Olympic Medals
Thorpe was the biggest Australian hope in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He did not disappoint his fans and not only won three golds but also set world records. Kieren Perkins Olympics Medals
