The game between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Toronto Maple Leafs will take place at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, November 15 at 7:00 PM ET.
The Pittsburgh Penguins will welcome the Toronto Maple Leafs to the PPG Paints Arena for an NHL game on Tuesday. Pittsburgh were narrowly beaten by the Montreal Canadiens 5-4 in their last game. Goals from Jeff Petry, Richard Rakell, Evgeni Malkin and Brock McGinn were not enough as the Penguins fell to their sixth loss since the start of the season.
Pittsburgh coach Mike Sullivan said that he knew the game would be difficult and gave credit to Montreal. He said, “Just logistically it’s one of those games where you know it’s going to be a tough one. Give Montreal credit, they played really well.”
The Toronto Maple Leafs on the other hand defeated the Vancouver Canucks 3-2 in their last game. Jordie Benn, Pierre Engvall and Auston Matthews scored the goals for Toronto as they nicked the game with one goal. Jordie Benn said after the game, “It doesn’t happen too often. Didn’t really know what to do. Thank God (Matthews) came and I was just like, ‘All right, here’s a hug.’”
