The game between the Minnesota Wild and Winnipeg Jets will take place at the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota on Wednesday, November 23 at 7:00 PM ET.
The Winnipeg Jets will travel to the Xcel Energy Center to take on the Minnesota Wild in the NHL on Wednesday. Minnesota defeated the Carolina Hurricanes 2-1 in their last game. Sam Steel and Alex Goligoski scored the goals for Minnesota as they recorded their eighth win of the season.
After the game, Goligoski said, “It was a big night. I had so much family and friends in the building. I was emotional with my family even before, so just to end up like that, it was just a crazy, emotional night.”
The Winnipeg Jets on the other hand beat the Carolina Hurricanes 4-3 in their last game. A Josh Morrissey double and a goal each from Pierre-Luc Dubois and Mikey Eyssimont helped the Jets to win the game and solidify third place in the western conference central division.
Josh Morrissey spoke after the game and said, “Before we hopped on to start overtime, Mikey Eyssimont and Dylan Samberg were saying, ‘Let’s go boys, let’s get this one.’ Two young guys with not that many games experience, so that kind of shows the calm on our bench.”
