The Golden State Warriors will welcome the Portland Trail Blazers to the Chase Center for an NBA preseason game on Tuesday. The Warriors lost to the Los Angeles Lakers 124-121 in their last game. Jordan Poole top scored with 25 points and had six assists and four rebounds while Stephen Curry dropped 24 points with four rebounds and four assists.
Much of the recent talk about the Warriors has been the altercation between Draymond Green and Jordan Poole. Draymond Green punched Poole in the face during a practice session and decided to step away for a few games. Poole for his part has put his head down and concentrated on his game and he did have a good performance in the game against the Lakers.
The Portland Trail Blazers on the other hand are coming off a 126-94 loss to the Sacramento Kings and have a 0-3 record having lost all their preseason games so far. Jerami Grant scored 17 points while Anfernee Simons scored 16. Jusuf Nurkic was the pick of the bunch as he dropped 14 points and had nine rebounds. Damian Lillard had an average game as he could only muster eight points in the 27 minutes he was on the court.
