Golden State Warriors to Miss Green’s Presence on Court

Green was injured earlier this month when he was set to play against the Cleveland Cavaliers on 9th January where he first felt the tightness of his calf just before the tip off but went on to start the game as he wanted to show his presence on the long awaited return of Klay Thompson after a gap of nearly two years.

Green Committed the foul just after the opening tip off and was removed from the game and never returned back on the court for the entire game.

The Warriors defeated the Cavaliers without Green but they eventually missed his services in the following games as the Warriors lost back to back games against the Memphis Grizzlies and Milwaukee Bucks.

The update is that green will receive physical therapy and will be re-evaluated after two weeks of the therapy. Green is probably set to miss for another eight to ten games as Golden State Warriors play with games from now to Jan 30 which includes a high octane clash against Brooklyn Nets on Jan 29.

Draymond Green is the heartbeat for the warriors as he is good on both offensive and defensive end and brings the energy on the court and is a good leader on the court.

Green has been averaging 7.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, 7.4 assists,1.4 steals and 1.2 blocks per game. He is one of the complete players in the entire warriors squad and his presence on the court will be key for the warriors success.
