WWE 2K23’s MyGM Mode gets an update: Multi-Person Title Matches added

The patch notes do not list all the changes that have been made to MyGM mode. One notable change is that the winner of the match, regardless of how many Superstars were competing, will be awarded a graphic of the title. This addition eliminates any confusion for the viewer about who is the champion. Prior to this change, there were times when a challenger won the match, but the title remained with the previous champion. Players had to scroll through social media feeds to understand the reason behind it. The title graphic will be added to the wrestler who ends up as the champion, which avoids the need for viewers to look for the reason on social media.

The 1.08 patch for MyGM mode also addresses other issues such as problems encountered when buying multiple power cards. It also provides more stability for those who have advanced to later seasons, and season rankings versus other shows are now more consistent. Previously, shows were ranked based on the trophies won, but with the recent update, they are ranked according to the number of fans, which is a more logical approach.

In addition to the MyGM update, the patch also adds Damage CTRL’s entrance to the game. However, their future as a trio seems uncertain, as Iyo Sky is pursuing singles titles, which may cause a rift with Bayley. The Steiner Row pack, the first DLC for WWE 2K23, is now available for download.

In conclusion, WWE 2K23’s latest update adds new features and fixes to the game. The inclusion of multi-person title matches adds depth and variety to the gameplay experience, while the other changes and fixes enhance the overall stability and consistency of MyGM mode.

It’s great to see that the developers are actively listening to feedback and making improvements to MyGM mode. Adding multi-person title matches is a welcome addition that will surely spice up gameplay and make for more exciting championship matches. The changes made to address other issues also show that the developers are committed to improving the overall experience for players. It will be interesting to see what other updates and features they have in store for WWE 2K23 in the future.
