Every two years, Riot holds the Essence Emporium, a special event that includes a brand-new store where you can buy exclusive chromas, skins, experience boosts, name changes, and icons for Blue Essence. Except for when you’re fortunate enough to receive it via Hextech or Masterwork Chests, everything of this normally costs Riot Points.

Essence Emporium typically takes place twice a year, once in the preseason and again in the middle of the season. Mid-season occurs in June and July in League, whereas preseason occurs when Riot releases the significant preseason patch with significant changes in November.
Since Riot Games confirmed that they were the first and only individual to contact the company with this feat, AiPyro replied and inquired as to if there was any award or reward for obtaining the 999K Blue Essence. Even more evidence that there is nothing else worth spending Blue Essence on is provided by AiPyro’s statement that they had purchased the URFWick skin.
Patch 13.17, slated for release on August 30, will include the next Essence Emporium. You should be able to purchase all the goodies you previously missed within the event’s minimum two-week duration. You can use all of your Blue Essence that has accumulated between August 30 and September 13 because your next opportunity won’t come for at least another six months.
