The charismatic acting skills of Ok Taec-yeon are back, playing a role of a half-human and a half-vampire. Heartbeat, also called as My Heart Is Beating, is K-dramaland’s latest fantasy drama. The show shows Joo In-hae, a cold-hearted woman who manages an old building after the death of her father. When she check it out, she finds a coffin in the basement of the building. Her curiosity makes her open the coffin and see finds Seon Woo-hyul inside it.
Sadly, Woo-hyul was attempting to transit from a vampire into a human being but his plans get failed by In-hae, who opened the coffin just one day prior to him getting transformed into a human being. The two of them end up having no option but to live in the same house. Will In-hae’s cold heart turn soft for Woo-hyul?
This point of view of the K-Drama Heartbeat is something new than other Vampire based dramas. This is not something like Vampires fighting demons. This story is focused more on the love angel. That what makes it a bit different from other Vampire based dramas. The cast is also a plus point of the K-Drama. Watching the lead actors together is quite fun and interesting. Two different personalities living under one roof is something that is very interesting to watch.

Season 1 of Ok Taec-yeon’s latest romantic drama will release on KBS2 and on Amazon Prime Video in a selected regions. Episodes will be aired on every Monday and Tuesday at 9.45 pm (KST). Subtitles will be there on release.
Heartbeat Season 1 started on 26th June 2023. Episode 16 of the Kdrama will launch on 15th August. Episodes will be aired at 9.45 pm KST / 8.45 am ET / 12.45 pm GMT / 6.15 pm IST. Every episode’s run time is nearly 60 minutes.
