He was about to go into the gym when someone came up to him. Choi Gilseok is the man behind the scenes of King of MMA Gym. He would like to speak with Kim.
Nevertheless, Kim flat-out rejects him. On the other hand, this man brings up his grandmother’s health all of a sudden. It is his belief that he may possess knowledge that could be beneficial to him. Kim agrees to accompany him in order to save his grandma.
Chapter 48 of Jinx continues with their talk in a cafe. Kim wanted to know how he found out about his and his grandmother’s illness. He learns that the director has strong feelings for him. Every gym already knows about Kim’s skills.
Something was obviously wrong with this, as Kim could see right away. Yes, this man came to recruit Kim no matter what. He was still hesitant, even if Kim had rebuffed him.

It was difficult to turn down this offer. For his granny, I was hoping Kim might come along. But he refused to accept it nevertheless. He is unable to accept this offer or divulge any details regarding Jaekyung. After that, he departed.
