The charismatic acting skills of Ok Taec-yeon are back, playing a role of a half-human and a half-vampire. Heartbeat, also called as My Heart Is Beating, is K-dramaland’s latest fantasy drama. The show shows Joo In-hae, a cold-hearted woman who manages an old building after the death of her father. When she check it out, she finds a coffin in the basement of the building. Her curiosity makes her open the coffin and see finds Seon Woo-hyul inside it.

Sadly, Woo-hyul was attempting to transit from a vampire into a human being but his plans get failed by In-hae, who opened the coffin just one day prior to him getting transformed into a human being. The two of them end up having no option but to live in the same house. Will In-hae’s cold heart turn soft for Woo-hyul?
Ok Taec-yeon and Won Ji-an play the two main leads, who seem to be total different from each other but will obviously be get together and fall in love. The remaining of the cast have Park Kang-hyun, Yoon So-hee, Go Gyu-pil, and Yoon Byung-hee.

Season 1 of Ok Taec-yeon’s latest romantic drama will release on KBS2 and on Amazon Prime Video in a selected regions. Episodes will be aired on every Monday and Tuesday at 9.45 pm (KST). Subtitles will be there on release.
Heartbeat Season 1 episode 1 was aired on 26th June 2023. Episode 12 will be aired on Tuesday 1st August 2023. Episodes will be aired at 9.45 pm KST / 8.45 am ET / 12.45 pm GMT / 6.15 pm IST. Every episode of the series have run time of nearly 60 minutes.
