Tanmay “Scout” Singh, a well-known content creator and the proprietor of TeamXSpark (TX), discussed the organization’s future plans for New State Mobile and the possible return of Krafton’s currently suspended game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). According to him, the squad would stop participating in the game after the current Villager Esports (VE) Winter Masters 2023. On the plus side, Scout expressed hope that BGM would return within the next two to three months, though he wasn’t completely certain of it. Scout explains TeamXSpark announces their withdrawal from New State Mobile and discusses BGMI’s possible comeback

Scout was asked to play BGMI during a recent livestream by a fan. “I suspect you don’t watch my stream in the afternoon,” Scout retorted. On Loco, I play BGMI in the late afternoon. All of your favourite teams join us when we participate in Tier 1 scrims, where I compete. We train from 12 to 6 every day. Scout then discussed TeamXSpark’s prospects in New State Mobile. In light of the fact that the game’s publisher has not yet disclosed the game’s esports roadmap, he declared that the squad would stop playing the game after the current Villager Esports (VE) Winter Masters 2023.

Tx won’t be playing New State Mobile until we receive a formal statement from the company. Tx will compete in VE as her final New State Mobile competition. Due to the lack of an esports roadmap from New State Mobile, VE will be our final competition, he added.

In spite of this, Scout made it clear that TeamXSpark would not definitely be focusing on BGMI as a result of its possible return. “BGMI is not coming back, but that doesn’t mean I’m stating that. A further two to three months are still in my forecast. In two to three months, BGMI, presumably, will be back. But don’t come after me with blades if it doesn’t, if it doesn’t. I don’t deceive anyone for power,” he said.

Although Scout had high hopes for the game’s comeback, he did not want his audience to think he possessed any unique knowledge or secret information. Scout made it clear that he has no connections with any of the administrators who might be able to phone him and provide an estimate for when the game will resume.

Sohail “Hector” Shaikh, a competitive BGMI player for Team SouL who recently joined New State Mobile, also made an official announcement of his departure from the game on February 19. It will be fascinating to see what steps Krafton takes to create the game’s esports ecosystem in light of players and teams abandoning the game.
