The shooting feature has been removed from PUBG Mobile or the PUBG Mobile Asian Games version, which was adopted as an official event during this year’s Hangzhou Asian Games in China. This is due to the fact that ‘person-to-person shooting,’ a key component of the PUBG game, was banned due to concerns that it would harm friendly relations between nations. Fans are expected to be impressed by the amazing clashes performed by pro league players. According to an announcement made on the 20th, the PUBG mobile ‘Asian Games-only edition’ is being produced. This is a team-based game in which four people compete for driving and shooting abilities. It was based on Bagg Mobile but lacked the anti-enemy shooting feature.

An official from Krafton explained, “There is no anti-personnel element, but we are developing an Asian game version so that you can feel the atmosphere of the baggy by providing PUBG IP (intellectual property rights) and builds.” Normally, Battleground is a battle royale game played by up to 100 people using various weapons and means of transportation. Fans around the world have been enthusiastic about the thrill of surviving using various strategies while acquiring items from a wide map, and choosing the last person or team.

The reason for the lack of face-to-face shooting in the PUBG Mobile Asian Games version is unknown. According to the industry, the Asian Games organising committee advised that “because the Asian Games is an event that fosters camaraderie between countries, let us remove the interpersonal shooting aspect that can harm it.”

Because it does not include a personal shooting aspect, the competition’s detailed regulations and operating norms have yet to be determined. As soon as the Asian Games edition of Krafton is finished, the national team selection competition will be held in associations and organisations designated by each country.
