PMGC 2022 Schedule and Format

48 teams will be divided into three groups for the Group Stage, which will run from November 10 to November 27. The top three teams from each group move directly to the PMGC Grand Finals, while the bottom four teams are eliminated. The surviving teams from the Group Stage will compete in the Survival Stage from November 30 to December 2 for one of the 16 spots in the Last Chance. Only the top 4 teams will advance to the PMGC Grand Finals after The Last Chance, which will be held on December 3rd and 4th. Group Stage Qualification Condition

• 1st – 3rd  -> PMGC Grand Finals
• 4th  – 11th -> Survival Stage
• 12th – 16th -> Eliminated

Survival Stage Qualification Condition

• 1st – 16th -> Last Chance
• 17th – 24th -> Eliminated

Last Chance Qualification Condition

• 1st – 4th -> PMGC Grand Finals
• 5th – 16th -> Eliminated

Three teams—Alter Ego Limax, Team SMG, and one more to be determined—who were invited based on their success in international competition will join the top 13 teams from the PMGC League. The teams will then face off in Jakarta’s PMGC Grand Finals from January 6–8, 2023, in front of a live audience.
