According to the organization 100 Thieves, known for three LCS Championship Finals and two League of Legends World Championships, Smith has the mission to grow FlyQuest into one of the region’s top esports organizations.“During my interactions with the FlyQuest team, their commitment to building a champion-caliber organization based on strong culture and processes was evident to me. In an official announcement, Smith said, “I am excited to join the team and begin the hard work needed to bring results and success to fans of this great organization.”

Smith joined FlyQuest a few months after the organization’s former CEO Tricia Sugita joined Cloud9 as CMO in June and was replaced by Michael Choi.
