Greek folklore will be the theme for the upcoming event, and players will find that some of their beloved heroes have gained the force of divine beings for this new limited-time mode. Not much else was uncovered about the occasion, however, players can get a brief look at what it might seem like in the trailer.
The Battle for Olympus will kick off on January 5 and conclude on January 19. This will be another restricted time mode that will allow players to jump right into the action and procure a few prizes, Besides, there will also be shop items added for players to buy.

Many new skins were also shown while promoting the upcoming event, all with a Greek folklore theme: Reinhardt, Widowmaker, Roadhog, Lucio, Junker Sovereign, Pharah, and the new hero, Ramattra.
Players will actually be able to procure Mythic Skin Zeus Junker Sovereign, Amazing Poseidon Ramattra, and Incredible Abbadon Pharah using the fight pass, yet it is hazy how other players will be able to unlock them or if they will be able to purchase them.
Leading up to the Battle for Olympus event, players will be allowed to play their favorite holiday events when those make a comeback to the game. No specific date for when those events will be returning has been uncovered at this point, however, many new skins were showcased. It is unclear if there will be another game mode added for that event.
Players will likewise get another hero, Ramattra, when season two drops on December 6.
