As the hype for Honkai Star Rail’s version 2.0 Special Programme intensifies, HoYoverse introduces characters that will appear in the next iteration. Aventurine and the much awaited Acheron are two intriguing five-star characters that will be included in version 2.1, it has been announced. Acheron, who was previously hinted about in the Game Awards clip, raises expectations among fans by being likened to the adored Raiden Mei from Honkai Impact 3. But the main focus of this revelation is on Gallagher, the only four-star character in Version 2.1.

In the post, Gallagher’s Element and Path are revealed, highlighting his function as a helpful Fire character on the Abundance Path. Interestingly, Gallagher is the first Abundance character to use the Fire element, meaning that Ice is the only element that isn’t used by the healer class in Honkai: Star Rail.
The details of Gallagher’s equipment are still unknown from HoYoverse’s formal unveiling, but leaks offer fascinating new information about his involvement in Honkai: Star Rail. Gallagher is expected to be used as a hybrid healer and debuffer. He has improved on-hit healing and Weakness Break damage. Furthermore, Gallagher is going to be a major player in the game’s story, which was initially hinted at in Star Rail’s Version 1.6 Special Programme. March 20th is when Gallagher and Version 2.1 are expected to premiere.
