Korea’s leading OTT platform TVING just dropped the rankings of its most watched programs in the first half of 2023. In the lost, ‘Jinny’s Kitchen’, which had featured BTS member V aka Kim Taehyung, proved to be the most watched show on the platform. The show was accesible for the international audience on Amazon Prime Video. Most Watched Variety Show is BTS V Featuring ‘JINNY’S KITCHEN’.
‘Jinny’s Kitchen’ is a travel variety show and in the show Lee Seo-jin, Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo-joon, Choi Woo-shik, and Kim Taehyung came with each other to run a Korean snack bar in a town in Mexico. The show shows a team of celebrities doing a business and entertaining the viewers in the jounery.

Apart from achieving the high TV ratings, ‘Jinny’s Kitchen’ also grabbed the top spot in the Brand Reputation Rankings for two continuous months, leaving behind the popular variety shows like ‘I Live Alone’ and ‘You Quiz on the Block.’
This was for the first time V featured in a variety show outside of his BTS activities. The producer of the show appreciated Taehyung for his performance on the variety show. Moreover, as a single, right now, V is working on his solo track and it is anticipated to launch it in the third quarter of 2023 or probably in October.
V has been restlessly working on his plans for his solo album. He has been doing extensive practice on new choreography and genres as a part of his forthcoming solo track. Even though, BigHit Music is yet to dislose the plans of the same, they stated to a report recently and declared that announcements will be made once the plan to release it is fixed.
