LoL devs are forced to change Rell once more because of the terrible mid-scope update:

Rell is currently ranked as the worst support in the League according to Platinum+ rankings. She currently has a terrible win rate of 40.25 percent, which is more than three percent lower than Miss Fortune, the second-worst support on the list.

The long-awaited mid-scope rework of Rell has finally been included in the League of Legends update 13.11 patch notes, thanks to Riot Games. In an effort to increase her extremely low play rate, all of her abilities—aside from her ultimate—have been altered. On the other hand, the previously mentioned mid-scope Ivern rework that the developer had promised never materialized. Instead, Riot Games has bestowed him with some buffs while stating that a complete rework will follow.

Rell had a respectable win rate of 51.38 percent in that same rank before Patch 13.11 introduced her mid-scope update to the game. It’s difficult to guess what the Riot Games team has in mind for Rell’s adjustments. It’s difficult to single out the most obvious flaw in the most recent change because every one of her abilities was updated, and it’s only been two days since it was added.

Nevertheless, the hotfix should be anticipated in the upcoming days, and Patch 13.12 should bring additional adjustments. A few other champions will also be included in the scope of the upcoming update. It has already been made known that Riot is working to change Rumble’s gameplay so that he functions more like an AP bruiser, giving him maximum HP converters among many other changes.
