What is The MVP?

Loco has always highlighted the impact of being a supportive parent in his campaigns. In its original series “Dream Karo Stream Karo”, we saw prominent personalities like Sid Joshi being encouraged to pursue their dreams by their mother Kirti Joshi. Loco’s new IP – The MVP – aims to break away from the stereotype of parents who don’t support their kids’ dreams, be it streaming, casual gaming or going pro and focus on what it’s really like to pursue gaming without a doubt being instilled in them from their families. A little support and understanding can go a long way and MVP will be a testament to that fact and create a sense of normalcy among other parents.

How will the MVP be structured?

Each episode of Loko’s The MVP will consist of two to three rounds. While the moms get to understand what their kids do for a living, gamers will get to experience the regular tasks of their moms, including cooking, and grocery shopping. The episodes and rounds will depend on the featured personality and the game they play. Loco confirmed that the rounds will be fun segments with mini-games and will feature friendly content that will bring a smile to our faces.

The MVP trailer showed a glimpse of what looked like a ‘truth or dare’ game played between the gamers and their mothers. Each in-game round will be different: one where moms tell how they first reacted to their kids’ gaming careers, another where they react to their kids’ achievements in streaming and eSports, and also discuss That’s how his life took a turn for the better because of gaming.

Loco currently has four episodes of MVP and the planned line-up for the episode is:

  • Tanmay “Scout” Singh
  • Pratik “Alpha Clasher” Jogiya
  • Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal
  • Kaashvi “Kaashplays” Hiranandani

The first episode of MVP featuring Scout and her mom is already out and you can watch it on Loco.
