After his tragic death, a home otaku named Konosuba finds himself in a void, but he is offered an opportunity to live in a fantastical world in the Isekai anime.
He decides to volunteer in a perilous world after trying to outwit the goddess of death, but his plans crumble when he discovers that his isekai version would not grant him the superpowers he desired as an MC or harem protagonist.

Hikikomori gamer Kazuma Satou has decided to take a little break from home today. It was a poor decision because his death was pointless. But in the hereafter, the goddess meets him and gives him the option to be born again in a world similar to a video game—plus, he’ll even have awesome powers and goods!
Once again, Kazuma finds himself in a fantastical realm, this time with mediocre abilities, little money, and no purpose for his “bonuses” since he picked the goddess Aqua. Kazuma formed a group with Aqua; Megumin and Darkness, who were both kulaks, later joined them.

The number of distressed adventurers who joined their company kept growing. A specialist in exploding magic, Megumin refused to learn any new spells and could only use one spell every day. Another character is the masochistic knight Lalatina “Darkness” Dustiness Ford.
As Kazuma and his companions face financial hardships and the challenges and quirks of one another, Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! season 2 follows them on a never-ending journey of adventures.

A danger has emerged that might destroy the Home of the Crimson Magic, the place from when Megumin and Yunyun emerged. In order to rescue her, Yunyun went back to the Crimson Magic village, and Kazuma and the others trailed behind.
Megumin and Yunyun, both members of the Crimson Magic Clan, were top students, but they were far from finished. Megumin had veered off the road of exploding magic, while Yunyun had begun studying advanced magic. Megumin thinks exploding magic will help her become a great magician, even though people have warned her about its limited value.
