John Cena is arriving to Fortnite! Know about the collaboration

Epic Games has declared that the WWE superstar and actor, John Cena, is moving
towards Fortnite this week. It will be part of Epic SummerSlam, the 16-time Champion
will be accessible as the John Cena Outfit in the Item Store on 28th July at 8 PM ET and
29th July at 1 AM GMT. John Cena is arriving to Fortnite! Know about the collaboration.

The character skin will arrive with two styles, i.e, the Entrance Gear & the Ring Gear
styles. Also, optional content is also arriving to the Item Shop of Fortnite, containing the
John Cena Set: the WWE Championship Title Back Bling, which arrives with the oufit,
the open-hand Five Digit Slapper Pickaxe, and the ‘U Can’t C Me Emote’.

The Epic SummerSlam and WWE collaboration is huge, it is happening over multiple
games, containing Fortnite, Fall Guys and Rocket League. While John Cena will be
moving to the free-to-play battle royale, the Undertaker, Xavier Woods and Asuka will
be available in Fall Guys. The character skins will be accessible in the Fall
Guys Summerslam Set outfit bundle in the Item Store on 28 th July, 2022. Gamers who
buy the bundle will also be given rewards with extra Xavier Woods emote and
Undertaker Victory Celebration.SummerSlam

Moreover, Rocket League gamers will also get new Roman Reigns and John Cena
vehicle Decals from the game’s in-game store on the exact date. On 25 th July, Naughty
Dog’s co-president and co-director on the original title, Neil Druckmann said that there
are no plans for The Last Of Us‘ Joel and Ellie to be a part of Fortnite.

This goes with a line of rumours that said that a planned crossover between Naughty
Dog and Epic Games would include character skins to commemorate the release of the
upcoming remake: The Last Of Us Part 1. “Love me some Fortnite… but there are no
plan of brining this to the game. It’s a false rumor,” Druckmann said.
