Moonton released a sneak peek of marksman hero Ixia, the Arclight Outlaw, following Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2023 (MSC 2023). She follows fighter hero Arlott and mage hero Novaria as the third new hero to be released this year.
In Mobile Legends, Ixia provides the team with a variety of crowd control and burst damage effects. She is an outlaw from the Land of Dawn’s recently introduced Agelta Drylands, according to Moonton’s teaser. Her complete set of abilities hasn’t yet been made public. On the advanced server, players can see some of her skills, which highlight her burst damage and life-steal abilities.
Dual Arc, skill one
Ixia unleashes two Arclight beams that travel along the ground in the desired direction and deal 150 (+80% Total Physical Attack) + 8000% Physical Lifesteal (Physical Damage) to foes nearby. Ixia also receives a 3s 40% increase in Movement Speed after attacking an enemy hero. Double damage will be dealt to enemies struck by both beams.
Arc Helix is a Skill 2
Ixia fires a canister of arc energy in the intended direction, which after a brief delay draws enemies to the center of the battlefield and deals 200 (+60% Total Physical Attack) (+12000% Physical Lifesteal) Physical Damage to them.
Ixia gradually increases her movement speed when not engaged in battle (up to 30%), but this effect is lost when she engages in combat.
Ixia enters the Barrage state and disassembles her cannons into six smaller weapons. In this state, Ixia’s skills have a greater effective range (but they can only be used inside the fan-shaped area) and her Basic Attacks can prioritize enemy heroes while still hitting up to six enemies at once. Arc Siphon also adds 80 damage over the duration.
