GTA Online players seem convinced they have found the official GTA 6 theme song. They believe it was hiding under their noses for a long time. A subtle teaser might have been just uncovered on an unsuspecting arcade machine.
Apart from the infamous GTA 6 leak that rocked the whole gaming community, official details on the upcoming game have been kept under wraps. Beyond merely confirming its existence, Rockstar has stayed mum on the matter, leaving several fans across the globe anxious for a small bit of information.
We have seen numerous theories over the years calling out possible easter eggs. From map speculation to several hints in-game, players have been grasping at straws for some time lately. But now, one of the most assuring hints at GTA 6 has come to light, thanks to some GTA Online players.

While the Race and Chase arcade games have been in the game for years, fans have only just noticed an intricate detail hidden in plain sight. While going through this 80s-inspired arcade racer, players will come across a level called ‘LS Nights.’ Naturally, this level is set around Los Santos and comes with own background music, one that seems oddly familiar.
In slowing this music down to 0.75x speed, the music syncs perfectly with the iconic ‘Welcome to Los Santos’ theme everyone knows as the well-known GTA 5. It’s the best-selling game’s main theme and music that has become synonymous with the popular game.
So going by the same logic for another song in the Race and Chase arcade game, could we possibly have our first teaser of the GTA 6 theme? Well, that’s perfectly possible. By selecting the ‘Vice Lights’ level, players can hear a new theme. When slowed down to 0.75x speed once again, many players are convinced it’s our first glimpse of GTA 6’s theme song.
Fans seem to be in favor of the new track and backing the investigative work that went into finding it. While it’s obviously worth noting that the theme song is not confirmed, and fans should take it with a pinch of salt for now. It could be a proper taste of what’s to come when GTA 6 comes closer to launch.
If the theory holds true and this could end up being the GTA 6 theme, it’ll mean the easter egg has been there for years in GTA Online. We never know what else is just waiting to be found in Lost Santos.
Previously, in a Twitter post, Rockstar tipster ‘Gaming Detective’ shed light on the similarities between GTA Online’s Taxi Work logo and the big “Miami Taxi Vibes.” Both logos show the city’s skyline, which could mean the game taxi company will exist in the upcoming game.
“Could be nothing, but it’s a very interesting coincidence considering we also just got the cab shirt everyone had been speculating about,” Gaming Detective commented.
