Fortnite has established itself as a venue to celebrate popular culture, including the newest releases in music, television, and movies. Meghan Trainor has also established herself as a prominent figure in the pop music industry, releasing a number of singles that have steadily climbed the Billboard Top 100 chart. Now, one of those songs is reportedly making its way to Fortnite along with a dance, per a rumoured Facebook leak. A recent Fortnite emote leak suggests that the game might incorporate a popular Meghan Trainor song.

With a string of hits that have climbed the Billboard Top 100, Meghan Trainor has also established herself as a prominent figure in the pop music industry. Now, a song from that album will be released in Fourteen days along with a dance, according to a purported Facebook leak.

With a variety of characters and famous people entering and leaving the game over the years and during different seasons, the Fortnite multiverse is one of the most dynamic and diverse gaming universes. The island has been visited by characters from movies and video games featuring DC, Marvel, Star Wars, and other franchises.

The leak was initially posted by HYPEX, and the other two major leakers, iFireMonkey and ShiinaBR, later added to its credibility. The announcement is accompanied by what appears to be an ordinary promotional video from Epic Games showcasing a new emote. It follows the developer’s custom of simultaneously promoting several new cosmetics and stars a recently released character.

Shiina claims that a Spanish Fortnite account accidentally posted this leak. If it’s true, the item shop resets over the next few days will likely bring the new cosmetic. Players should keep an eye on the official Epic Games social media accounts on Twitter and Facebook to see if the video gets posted for real because this emote hasn’t been confirmed.

It makes sense that all of the event’s content will be added on April 11 since that day also marks the game’s upcoming content update. When Epic did it with Dragon Ball in the past, the anticipation for the film’s release was high.

If confirmed, this would be the newest addition to the Icon Series, which has also featured acts like Metallica and Bruno Mars. The newest pop song to be included in the game is Trainor’s “Made You Look,” which will probably be played repeatedly in Fortnite lobbies for weeks after it launches. If you’re hoping that this leak is accurate, follow Fortnite on social media and wait until the item shop resets each night at around 7 p.m. CT.
