Fortnite is an online video game made by Epic Games. It was launched in 2017. It is present in three different game mode editions that oppositely share the exact general gameplay and game engine: Fortnite Battle Royale, a free-to-play battle royale game in which up to 100 gamers battle to be the last person standing; Fortnite: Save the World, a cooperative hybrid tower defense-shooter and survival game.  Maximum four gamers combat off zombie-like things and protect objects with traps and strongholds they can build; and Fortnite Creative, in which gamers are given full freedom to establish worlds and battle arenas.

The NA-Central server region is utilizing AWS Local Zones to give a low-latency experience for gamers in Mexico and the Central United States, with the experience being same to those of gamers in the NA-East and NA-West server regions. The makers will proceed to look for developments where we can to attempt and give the best gamer experience possibly.

In the Battle Royale Chapter 4 Season 1, Epic Games might organize some competitive events on the NA-Central server region to try server performance and iron out any bugs, but games in North America will still normally be hosted on the NA-East and NA-West server regions.

Nonetheless, beginning in Chapter 4 Season 2, competitive events will not going to organize on the NA-East and NA-West server regions. Rather tournaments in North America will be happening on the NA-Central servers. Gamers will still be eligible to watch and queue up for forthcoming competitive events while ready to the NA-East or NA-West server region, but the event will be routed to the NA-Central servers.

Any rewards for NA-East and NA-West in the coming days Battle Royale Seasons will be incorporated into one pool for North America. This adds qualifications via multi-round tournaments like Victory Cash Cups, FNCS Majors, and the FNCS Global Championship.
