After a successful Chapter 3 launch, Epic Games developers took a holiday break. But with the new year, the developers have introduced a long-awaited healing item that was only seen in leaks for the past few weeks.
Now, Fortnite players will be able to use the Shield Keg – a new item that heals Shield of those in the immediate area.
Fortnite’s new healing item is now available in-game and should be available for the rest of Chapter 3 Season 1. The Shield Keg heals multiple players at a time by throwing it on the ground.

Players can find the Shield Keg in Chests, Floor Loot, and Supply Drops. Besides, Lt. John Llama and the Scientist NPCs sell the item for a price of 250 Gold Bars.
